Confidentiality and privacy

tikitybu organized provides a professional and confidential service. Client details will not be disclosed to third parties. Testimonials and photographs will only be reproduced with the knowledge and consent of the client concerned.

 

Disclaimer

Advice is given in good faith. It is always the client's decision whether or not to follow any advice given.  tikitybu organized can therefore accept no responsibility for actions the client takes on the basis of that advice or their consequences whether this be at the time of consultation, engagement in the home organizing process or at any subsequent or future date following any engagement or consultation.



As tikitybu organized is not an evaluator of art or other items of special value or rarity, clients are advised to seek their own valuations of any items.

 

tikitybu organized handle items with care. In the case of accidental damage or loss, howsoever caused, the client acknowledges that tikitybu organized will not be held liable  for losses or damage howsoever caused in their engagement.



Limits of work

It will be to the discretion of tikitybu organized as to whether or not an item is too heavy to be lifted or moved. If this is required, you could consider 

arranging a willing volunteer.

 

I am happy to undertake some light cleaning to assist the decluttering and organizing process, but please note that I do not provide a cleaning service.   

 

Disposal of possessions

The removal of items will be up to the discretion of tikitybu organized and if offered, at an additional cost.

  

Breaks

A one-hour break will be taken for sessions lasting four, five or six hours. You will not be charged for breaks.



Payment Terms

Agreement and rhythm of payments will be predetermined at time of initial consultation.

 

Cancellation

Both tikitybu organized and the clients have the right to cancel the contract due to unavoidable circumstances.  (24 hours notice with a willingness to reschedule is most appreciated and is the general policy of tikitybu organized)
